That man, that I am to pay no attention to, did he steal the girly things kit? Is that why we haven't gotten an update on it? I sense impending doom. Maybe the music just changed?

You are correct, sir; no coilovers for Greta in that particular location anytime soon.

Giving the full story of why I have had to completely postpone that update about three times is more than I really want to type...and I don't mind typing a lot, so that should tell you how long of a story it is. Let it suffice to say that I need to work on getting it finished and posted before someone comes and lynches me.

That's essentially how it reads, yes.

She's basically ready, although I'd like to have her track bars in place and her front end wobble taken care of by that time. Aside from those issues, I have a host of smaller things to take care of:
- Interior lighting in the cab.
- Cargo area lighting underneath the deck.
- A third brake light, if required at inspection time.
- Some type of exterior light for the hard deck.
- Weather-proof roll bar padding.
- A slight re-design to the rear window zippers.
- Hinge and door latch rust/refinishing (it's getting bad).
- Torque-checking fasteners, here and there.
- A better rear-view mirror system; I'm looking at panoramic/racing models.

I've also got some bigger projects on the list:
- Radiator replacement; it works for now, but I won't go across the country with it.
- Tailgate/jerrycan project.
- Preparation for the tummy tuck.
- Better main wiring and a power distribution block under the hood.
- Sound system.
- An interior switch panel to handle some of the lighting and electrical chores.
- Rear crossmember/bumper rebuild (this one will take a while).

There are also innumerable other things going on - I'm still searching for all of the parts for the shower system, incidentally - but those are the current highlights. None of the obvious stuff - armor, control arms, etc - is included; it's assumed that those will need to be done as well. Being fund-shorted right now, though, I need to focus on some smaller things.

No, but I did take a close look at a firewall partition.

I am looking at the same thing . I have a good can and mount , just need to figure out a mount. The Exo gate looks nice , though the price is strong .

If your like me it will come down to the last minute getting it ready .

I've got a few thoughts on it; we'll have to consult and see what we come up with.
