Thanks Bob The headlight bezels came in and I ordered that Hi-lift relocator for inside the back of the jeep to get it out of sight and out of the elements. I love quadratec!!! They have given me a dealer discount for many years and if I call in today I get the part tomorrow when I get home from work for no extra charge. I have even had several parts for over 6 months and never used them and sent them back and received a full refund w no hassle. So tomorrow morning after the wife heads to work I will be turning wrenches for a bit on it. Thank you all for all the comments and the help!!!

Well I had a little time this morning and I finally got the hi-lift off the rear bumper and mounted to the roll cage. whew.... The I did my first oil change and I hate to say but I needed a little step ladder to do it. lmao Then I replaced the chrome bezels to the black ones. Looks so much better.

Now I have to wait for the money tree to grow so I can get a winch, rear body armor and some new rock rails. Hopefully in another week or so I can get started back on our 75CJ.

Tonight ii is date nite for the wifey and I. We are going out to see Eric church and Justin Moore. Then Hurricane Sandy

Well I started the Rubi up today to drive it into work and wow it started clunking really bad for about one minute then it just went away. I park it on our driveway that isn't level at all, but I always park it there and never had this problem. I drove it to base with no problems and when I leave today I will check the oil. I just did my first oil change on her since I got her. put semi-blend it 10w 40. I don't know what do you think?

It's a common ploblem with the 4.0. There are several threads on this subject. I seem to remember them talking about adding a zinc additive. These flat tappet cams like zinc.

Thanks Bob. That is great to know and I will have to order some. I also found that my battery clamp is lose and I can't tighten it so I went up to advanceauto and picked up a replacement. Today and tomorrow is all about our daughter. Her baby shower is tomorrow gonna be grandparents this January. Still waiting on the money tree to get ripe.

Hey Mike, there used to be some places back off of piney church road, was an old gravel pit owned by the Chaneys, we used to call it the "mounds" cuz of the mounds of dirt. it intersected the power lines and came out on rt 488 towards laplata...Rob
