Thanks guys. I ordered an oem replacement before I went to lunch. Probably try that one next week. It is weird that it only vibrated while I was stopped. HUH

I brought the jeep home today and low and behold it looks like the new radiator is leaking out the trans fitting where it screws into the radiator. It looks like it is leaking coolant. Damn not what? I guess I could plug the trans hose and unscrew the fitting and put some teflon tape on it and screw it back it and see what happens. What do you all think?

If its leaking out the threads themselves and its not cracked then Teflon tape or pipe dope would be my next move. What's the deal with the trans mount. Was the first one you ordered and installed different than stock?

Hunter I had a huge vibration when I took it out of park. When I was moving the vibration was gone when I stop if felt like my butt was shaking. So I ordered an oem replacement from Quadratec. Someone said said that the replacement was taller than the original one. UGH

The wife is getting tired of me going in the garage so I probably wont touch it this weekend

Hmm. The only thing I would suspect is it was cross threaded or the new radiator had a flaw in it when you bought it. Explain to quadratec that it leaked right when you installed it and see what they can do.

I called the sales guys and explained that it leaked right from the get go and they said to call back monday and customer service would take care of it. I wish I hadn't thrown the box out but I can put it in the new one. It wasn't cross threaded it was just poor workmanship on that one. Crap At least it broke in the garage. waiting on the new trans mount too.

I just got off the phone with Quadratec and they are sending a new radiator out today and I will have it tomorrow night when I get home from work. I just tracked my trans mount and it is already at the house. I the fast shipping at Quadratec. Hopefully I will get Rubi back on the road this week.

I got a chance to work on her last night for an hour. I got the radiator in, however I didn't burp it. I still haven't install the new trans mount and I have a jack holding up the transfer case. Hopefully will get it done next week. I just ordered a new transfer case lowering kit cause my spacer is rusted to hell. I would like to do a TT someday just not now

Sweet! How'd the test drive go? Any leaks or bad clunking sounds like you had? Or fixed it?
