VC Mk II

Edit: Go to the last page as this crawler is gone

It started life as a 1.9 but now is a 2.2. i had to put on a BL to clear the 2.2s and also modified the front bumper and the rock sliders for some extra clearence. Itll have a new body put on that will look just like my TJ as well as a steering upgrade, upgraded links, softer springs and a new 4:1 low xfercase and new gears. its got way to much wheel speed right now.

hope you guys enjoy my new rig

that sounds cool. although im getting pretty pissed at the bumper still. its better than what it was but still gets hung up on all sorts of things so it may be removed completely.

nah the XJ would have been sweet but honestly even with it being so cheap, it would have cost more in the long run than i would have wanted to spend on it. so i went this route instead. upgrades are like 5-50 bucks and when i break **** i still have a means of transportation. not saying im not wheelin my TJ cuz that things going to see trails every chance it can

I was pretty impressed when I heard you were getting an XJ on 35"s. I have to say I am a little disappointed.

got a full size spare now

next upgrade will be HD steering. i think im going to take out some of the weights up front too. each front tire has 12oz in it and the rears have 6oz in them. i dont think my servos like it much but it seemed to wheel fine when i tested it out.

The new tires look sweet, but for some reason stiff. I am sure that is just how I am looking at it though. You also have a massive BL

yeah they are a little stiff right now but just give em some time to loosen up. we cut out alot of the foam that came with em too. and yes the BL is huge but its the only way to clear the 2.2s. im going to either cut up this body or buy a new one soon. i have an idea of how id cut this one up
