Upcoming WK Build

Hey guys, I'm off to college and my budget will be tight for a build on my black wk. I've been researching for a few months and I have narrowed down my choices. Please help me decide.

Choice 1
- RC 2" Spacer Lift
- JK Moab Wheels
- 285/70/17 Wrangler Duratrac tires (Can't decide between 285 or 265)
- 1.5 Spacers

Choice 2
- Old Man Emu HD lift
- Keep stock rims. Plasti-dip rims
- 285/70/17 Wrangler Duratrac tires (Can't decide between 285 or 265)
- 1.5 Spacers

Please help me decide between these two projects. Both will equal out to the same price. I'm not much of an off-roader but I do know my shocks/struts are worn out. Would the extra money for the 285 tires be worth it? Thanks!
