Looks good, now you just need to hit the gap in the rear with some black rattle can. Pretty jelly of yours and Kate's front bumpers, but since you two have it I guess I need to find something else to be different.

somehow

I told Kate this last night, but I figure I'll say it here. The paint isn't coming out how I'd like it to, so I'm going to bite the bullet and have the bumper and steps all powdercoated together. Same place I told Kate about, West Side Finishing.

Yay! Alice and Misty are on their way to being Jeep twins.

It is odd that there was such a difference in quotes. Either way - as much as I love the convenience of a rattlecan job... and mine actually turned out really nice on my Rokmen.

I cant stress how much temperature is such an important factor to the curing for solvent-based systems. I have been pondering an alternative- but I cant think of one other than powdercoating.

So West Side Finishing came and picked the bumper and steps up from my work today. They told me to expect around a week for turnaround, but I'm hoping I can get them earlier, just to be able to put them on! Worst case scenario, I put them on next weekend. Now to decide which winch...

What do you guys think about something along the lines of this crude drawing I made with Paint? I think it'd give a more standout and unique look.

Edit: Not my Jeep, found it on the forum with the painted hinges.

Flat or gloss? I think it would look good flat. Might look even better with the raised area of the hood black as well.

I was thinking the same bedliner material I used on my grille.

As seen here:

The bedliner wouldn't be bad.

Good plan. I like it. I will also be doing my hinges black in a bit. Christ- who is copying who here?
