Incidentally, I may be putting everything from the 90 Ranger into a 85 Bronco 2... And for some stupid reason I want to do an Intrepid 3.5 into a XJ. With a 5 liter stroke. If I have some spare time and money...
I've seen tools online for disassembling the harnesses, I wondered if anyone uses them.

The Intrepid swap is unique. Why that engine?

Question:

If train A leaves the station going 60 miles per hour and train B leaves one hour later going 85 miles per hour, how long will it take train B to catch up with train A?

Train B runs for 2.4 hours to catch A.

Unless one of the trains is carrying the parts I need for this swap. If so, then it was delayed because I hijacked it at gun point and took the parts, and one train wheel, then rode off on my horse into the sunset.

No word yet on my radiator. Motor mounts get here tomorrow.

I suppose if I start doing more wiring harness projects it might be worth the money, but I'm a cheap bastard. And broke most of the time.

The LH series cars were groundbreaking for their time. 214hp for 215 inches, and the Plymouth Prowler crowd has this engine, and the money to fund fun projects, like a stroked 3.5 out to 5.0. I had a 94 Chrysler Concorde with the 3.5. It was a fun ride. I looked at a 3.5 swap into my old Grand Caravan, but there wasn't enough room and I hadn't started fabbing anything yet. Much less ready for a wiring nightmare... More than 10 years later I believe it would be much easier than I thought then. A midengined XJ with the 3.5 and LH transaxle would be a kick, but the XJ isn't wide enough and my sheetmetal skills are seriously lacking.

But enough of my dreaming and wants, on with your 5.9 TJ!

Yeah buddy! What are you doing with that old radiator? And are 4.0/2.5 rads interchangeable?

Parts book shows 5 different part numbers for the radiator, BUT the first one listed is copper/brass and checks with both engines, so I guess it would work with both.

I'm going to try to sell it, along with anything else I can salvage.

It's yours if you want it. Some of the fins have come loose, but the coolant was clean when I drained it.

Did it leak? The new heeps radiator leaks somewhere, had a baseball sized puddle after sitting my barn for a few hours.

Nope, no leaks. The drain cock is broken, if you care, but I was able to open it with some tiny vise grips.
