Wheeling went great yesterday. The locker fully exceeded my expectations. I knew I'd have a lot more traction, but I didn't think that I wouldn't slip at all! By far the best investment I've made.

I think I'm going to hold off on the axle for awhile and get some armor first.

I know I'm going to get the Crown sliders because that's just too good of a deal to pass up.

Anyone have a suggestion for a steering box skid?

Savvys is only $50. I can't imagine there will be one significantly cheaper than that.

Not too concerned about the price since it'll probably be a Christmas present. The savvy one seems good, but I have really heard anything from other brands. Rugged Ridge, Rock Ready, Skid Row, Hyline, Warn... They're all made from 3/16" steel. Just don't know what else sets them apart from each other.

I was going to pick Rokmen just because I like them, but changed my mind to MC so it just ties in with my bumper.

I just don't see why it's $15 more than the rokmen. That's what I'm confused about with these.

Jeep isn't starting again. Great. It just clicks once and I get nothing.

Try unhooking the battery.

Did you try turning it off and back on again?

Coldn't resist. Jankoids comment made me think of that.

I was being serious though. My jeep does that occasionally and unhooking the battery fixes it...
