The 44 has a pinion that is approximately 1" longer, so the driveshaft has to be shorter, though some people have gotten away without.

So, if I do get away with it, my pinion angle would be higher than it is now? And then if I get a shorter shaft it would be less?

Also, lifting on stock arms moves the rear axle forward, correct? And adjustable arms would bring it back center? So in theory I could get away with my shaft if I get rear upper and lower adjustables? Maybe?

Drive shaft length has no affect on pinion angle.

Don't beat around the bush. Just get the correct driveshaft or go ahead and do a SYE and cv shaft if the stock one doesn't fit. You are over thinking stuff again.

I'd go spice/tan for two reasons. I like the color combo and black gets really hot in the sun here in TX.
