Been puttsing on the jeep a bit. Took off my rear bumper. Not sure I like it though. Plus I have that wire from the hitch hanging down.

You need a rear tow point. If you are staying bumperless I can show you a $10 solution.

Pick up a tow hook from your local advance auto or autozone, they are usually somewhere around $10. Bolt it to the side of the frame in the rear. You can do one or both sides. I've only done the passenger side on mine but plan to do the driver side too. If you had a factory hitch one of the bolts should already be there, then you just need to drill and tap the other. Simple to do and works great. I've used mine many times to pull people out of sticky situations.

Cool. Sounds like an easy plan.

I also took off my doors, but then realized my dome light stays on. Can I just remove that bulb and be fine? Or will there still be power to it?

Nice, your first post in this thread looks very similar to my plans.

Keep up the progress!

The plan has changed a little bit since then (I obviously don't have soft 8's) But thanks!

Okay so, as I was looking at the sliders again, the Rokmen's actually come out cheaper than the A to Z. Plus I don't see where I enter the discount for A to Z?
