Thanks, I used a little black silicone as a temp-fix. I'm going to Napa for some door edge guard to finish the metal edge, and I'm just deburring and filing the flare.

If you got the tools, and the balls, I'm ready to cut away. I know your schedule is strange, but I've got some hardware coming in the mail as well as a couple ideas for my tail lights if you wanna try to arrange a "day-o-jeep work".
