yeah, my tsl/sx's were full of that clay. one guy passing by me even asked if my tires were bald

I know it's still about a week away, but do you guys have any tips for replacing these parts?

I will be taking the coils out to measure for bumpstops but I'm not sure if that will help when I replace the arms, or if I should put the coils back in for that.

Anything special for the tierod?

And should I put the quick discos on while the jeep is on it's own weight? Or have the front axle droop?

Tie rod: big pipe wrench and a bench vise. Discos: on its own weight so you can set the swaybar angle at ride height.

Maintain, wheel, upgrade, repeat.

Not all at once but otherwise shouldn't matter. The pinions going to be in the same spot. They're fixed length arms. If you have a jack and at least one pair in you're set. You can take 2 rear and 2 front out. But you definately want to chock the wheels on both sides.

A big ratchet strap might help. A jack placed in the right spots on the axle helped more than anything though.

It would make moving the axle around easier...

What I'll probably do is just work my way back. Swap the tierod and quick discos, pull the coils, replace the arms, and check the bump. Then pull rears, swap those arms, and check bump.

Got the new to me sway bar with quick disconnects on today. Install was a breeze.

Make sure you check the nuts holding the disco to the sway bar periodically. They had a tendency to loosen up sometimes.

Oh, and those 2 brackets I gave you are for storing the discos when connected. They attach to the sway bar cover, but I dont recommend putting them there. The tires will hit the discos when flexing and turning. Thats how I bent one of them. Clay moved his brackets to the inner fender above the coil bucket, they seemed to work pretty well there.

Will do. The drivers side link comes off easier than the passenger side. Is there something I can do to make the passenger looser, or should I even worry about it?
