What do you guys think I should do next? I was going to save up for the full tummy tuck, SYE, and control arms, but now I'm thinking I should get a winch and recovery gear.

Winch makes it nice but so would a locker

Not until you have better axles. Do not regear a lp30/35 combo.

A winch is a good first mod, so are rock sliders.

How about a winch and a locker....I also recommend 1ton steering upgrade, my tie rod is shot after todays wheeling trip.

I do plan on that, just not for a long time. I don't do much aggressive wheeling yet. I'll probably do that once I get 35s. Til then I'll get a ZJ tierod.

That's no bad at all. You can live till you replace your axle. No reason to build up an axle that your going to swap out any way
