Hmm... They used to offer it, along with chrome. Guess they didn't sell well enough.

3/16" I think. Aluminum isn't suited for my wheeling. My old trail-gear bumpers took way harder hits without a scratch. Wish I had not sold them to Clay.

I think the idea is to have the steel black on the bare aluminum. Contrast

Design matters just as much as materials when building bumpers.

Don't waste your money on a savvy bumper. Just cut down the stock bumper and it honestly looks fine, and it's approach angle you can't beat. If you have to have a bumper get something cheap as hell. If you have any welding skills you can make one pretty damn easily

I remember when I cared about looks and made purchases accordingly. Lots of wasted money!
