What sub do you plan on using under the steering column? And where does that amp mount go? I want a little more bass without having to compromise any usable storage space.

That is the amp mount to mount the sub amp under the steering column.

The amp is an Alpine MRV-M500 (500w rms @2 ohm) and the sub is a JL 10w3v3.
I'm a sucker for good, quality sound. The amp is very small but packs a punch and the sub is just a beast.

I will be building a new trunk/sub enclosure behind the back seat.

They are sitting on the shelf .
I will get the enclosure started soon enough.

Got some more goodies from Motobilt yesterday.
The first item to show is my new front bumper.
It is the exact same bumper that I currently have, but I had Dan weld a trail hoop to the face of the bumper so I would have room for the new winch.

Do these brackets flex much, or are they rigid? (Referring to the Motobilt light mount)

The windshield 50" light mount? (Only ask because I also have the MB fairlead mount)

....doesn't flex at all. It is 3/16" steel. Rigid as can be.

Ok, so these won't be used for a long time (if ever), but Dan at Motobilt just released these and I wanted to have a set for when I eventually outboard the rear shocks.

Yes, it is their product. He usually does a big upload of products all at once. Here it is in the blog portion of the site: http://www.motobilt.com/blog/new-pro...-yj-tj-and-lj/

You can look through the blog to see the most current items he is working on.

Picked the bumper up from coating this morning and got it and the new Warn 9.5cti-s installed. I am very happy with the results.

thanks!

Also got one of the fenders cleaned up and primered. The weather was getting nasty, so I decided not to try to mess with rain and painting.
