Thanks!

Got the lockright in, soaked in some 75w-110 amsoil and closed up with Zac's (zte87) hand-me-down G2 cover!

Some TJ shafts with new joints!
forumrunner_20120614_175323.jpg
Even managed to get the braces installed on my booms.
Loving the locker! Got to play with it and even though I was playing on hillclimbs and mud it took a lot less skinny pedal! I love the way it acts, turning is barely stiffer; at least less stiff then I was expecting.

If anyone wants anything here just lmk, local it's all free.

No not really. You have to cut off one of the exhaust hangers and remove a heat sheild, then redo your lower mounts.

Went wheeling yesterday with just the family up at walker
Overall a great day!

TJ totaled a long side U-Joint.
forumrunner_20120621_105238.jpg

I totaled my skid plate! Walker is getting real nasty. I'm finding myself needing more and more clearance every time we go.
forumrunner_20120621_105329.jpg

Made a stupid mistake and rolled back into a rock. :/ oh well.
forumrunner_20120621_105346.jpg

Grabbing lunch off the manifold and pulling out the TJ axle. Scissor jack to the rescue! Haha

Someone needs to come up with a chainsaw and open expressway loop again. This tree uprooted about 100ft up the hill.

Loading up and airing up. I only blew 1 air line! Getting closer to having my OBA done lol

Have you driven your jeep in any snow on the road with the lockers yet? I have one in my all offroad rig and haven't driven it on the street in the snow, but i want one for my DD/wheeler and i see lots of snow driving in MI....

The added traction offroad is like the difference between 2 and 4 wheel drive

He actually just bought an all-weather commuter because he didn't like a F/R locked Jeep in the snow! XD
I'm rarely in 4wd when it snows, so my front locker should be golden.

New skid all nice and reinforced with some 1/2" steel rod. We'll see how long this one lasts! Sure hope it lasts awhile because that was a crap load of welding.

The only reason I bought this skid is because I knew we were wheeling next week. You should feel damn special! :P
I'm heading your way Saturday so we'll have to sit down and decide for sure where we are going!

for sure man, and awww I feel real special haha , and with it locked in the rear in the snow it just likes to kick you side way with any touch to the skinny pedal and even just down shifting haha, being lock f&r is sketchy to say the least in the snow! I would't have it any way

Not as hard as frame repair! XD
Thanks!

Well, I don't think I beefed up the new skid enough after seeing the old one one out. Haha I guess we'll see what kind of beating it will take!
forumrunner_20120622_204718.jpg

Traded that big monster battery for another monster battery we had at the shop. Words can't express how tight of a fit it is!

Good to have the winch wired up again.
