As far as prices go, it completely depends on what would be included in the kit. There's several ways they could be sold. Most of the couplers and miscellaneous parts I used for the build were bought through eBay. Would you rather I purchase these parts and include in kit or would you like to see just the parts needed to be fabricated included? Recommendations anyone?

Me personally, I would rather just have what I needed to put it on. By no means is this something I could do right away but it is definitely intriguing.

I'll do some math and get a ball park idea of what it would cost with everything needed to install turbo minus the tuning. Once I get my tuning squared away, I'd be able to send people a file copy of my tune if they choose to run an AEM piggyback I believe.

That's a typical interwebz response. There are so many variables.

Timing, IAT's, fuel octane, etc.. It's not just some set PSI for every engine.

I really don't see it being worth the hassle or money without an intercooler but that wouldn't be very hard to add.

Out in the garage now working on wideband. I'll snap some more pics and post them when I'm at a computer.

Tread stone brand Intercooler off of Ebay.

Look at what size people are using for 4BT's. Should be easy enough.

Not yet, got the wideband in last night. I'll do some tuning this weekend and see if I can post one.

Just a heads up, with no heat jacket on the exhaust scroll there's a good chance your alternator will be toasted with a quickness.

And if you didn't know about them already, here is your new best friend..

I appreciate the concern. I was worried about surrounding parts getting too hot but after a couple decent pulls i popped the hood and check surrounding items for high temps and nothing seems to be crazy hot. I will recheck again once I turn boost up a little.
