Update you've all been waiting for:

, I'm going to be repairing the rust on my frame and painting it this summer, hopefully soon. I hope I can get it looking that good, although it will be hard because my frame has a body on top of it

Keep up the good work

I was planning to do the same this summer, but I ended up with a "new" frame.
Thanks

Thanks man.

Update time:

Been working on the jeep from time to time, finally had today off work.
Removed the D30 and put it on the "new" frame. Also put the skid on.
Did other little work.
Next I'm going to paint the rear 44 and throw it on.
I'm also waiting on my brown dog mounts. Hopefully they come in this week.

Nice, I'm planning to get a PSC's front BFH bumper with trail stinger after inspection.

Got my mounts today!

Also picked up a Warn 8274 for $50. It's in rough shape, but I plan to fix it up and rebuild it as well.

Built in 1977.

Thank you! Updates are coming. Just been busy with work. But I have the next two weeks off.

Just a little teaser of things I have done/going to do:
-Painted the D44, getting ready to throw it in tomorrow.
-Tomorrow hopefully swapping the engine over.
-Got some parts for the 8274.
-Depending on what I get done, I have some money that's needing to be spent.

Winch Build

Was able to get the D44 in the new frame. Kind of pissed because I used Rustoleum Hammered paint, I think it didn't react well with the primer I used. Damn diff is peeling already, you can easily scratch it off. All that work for nothing. Going to repaint later on.
Also, wasn't able to get the engine swapped over. Going to work at it this week.

Got my warn parts in the mail. Still have a few more parts to order.
I also picked up this solenoid cover from a local guy here that makes them out of aluminum.

Lastly, I got the gas tank removed.

This week, I will be picking up a few parts, working on removing the engine, possibly repaint the 44 and order some parts.
