Well, I took your advice and rewired my fan. The cherokee donor actually had an auxillary fan equiped. I used that relay, traced the wires and hooked it up. Ran the engine tonight and got the engine to 200, and no fan. The relay is in the PDC and all the wires are there. I simply hooked the power and ground up. But no go. Just now typing this, I wonder if it blew the fuse when it tried to come on. Hmmm.... brb!

Nope. I guess I will have to trace the other wires to make sure they are all connected.

Hmmm....wires. I've seen lots of em lately...lol. Well, the ones that go into the bulkhead connector on the drivers side you can just disconnect the bulkhead. There is an 8mm hex head screw holding that on. The ones next over from that is a big bundle that is for all the dash stuff. You can just cut all those. Next over from that is a bundle of about 17 wires I think. That goes into the transmission computer. Don't cut those. If you go in under the dash on the passenger side, there is a silver box attached behind the dash. Green connector to it. It's the transmission control computer. Unhook it, then pull the wires out the firewall. I basically beat the hell outta the dash till I got all the plastic out of the way so you can pull the connector through the hole in the firewall. Hope that helps!

As for the bigger tires.....gonna have to save up for some 37" MTR's. I drive this as my daily driver, so need the radials for highway driving.

Nope, but I would still not cut those wires. Much cleaner to just leave the connector there unhooked than having 17 wires to cut and stub off.

Got bored this evening, waiting on parts. Thought I would test out the springs. I stood in the pic for reference of jeep size.

Just a slight update,

Shocks and exhaust can be crossed off the list of to do's. Look ma! No cat! Total exhaust cost....

$40 for front pipe
$70 for muffler/tailpipe combo
$3 for 2ft of straight pipe.
Welded the straight pipe myself
----------------------------------------

$113 bucks for complete exhaust from manifold back.
