I think it cost like $20 and just weld it right in line.
That's about right for a muffler but I am replacing the entire system today minus adding a header ( that will come soon )

I really need new exhaust lol. Myself the stock an it has Been on since 94. Rusted to **** and to make it better I backed up into a snow bank and broke off the part from the fuel tank back. And there is a bunch of little holes from wheeling. I think what I'll do is order the rustys kit with a cherry bomb. Costs like $250

I went to the local exhaust shop and had them make a 2.5" Mandrel bent front pipe going to the cat to alleviate the factory kink.

Here's the pics Videos of sound to come later

Thats what I did with mine... I did a header, and the IRO cat back exhaust, I just shortened their pipe and added the cherry bomb right off the cat... so it goes cat right to cherry bomb, right to muffler ... sounds really really really good

new pipe looks good...

So funny .. had to get a new pipe so you can go hit the rock !! just saying

Your jeeps looking awesome as always .. looking forward to some new pics

Last Saturday night Utah's finest finally nabbed me for no flares or flaps on the jeep , So I ordered some removable mud flap brackets and made some flaps from a left over floor mat once I get some scrap conveyer belt from work I'll install that in place of the floor mats. The brackets are beefy , However my only gripe is the hole for the cotter pin is drilled vertical and resides right above the tailpipe so after driving to the trail or wheeling all day I can see I will be burned removing that pin. And i wish they would have a plate to sandwich the flap so it stays more secure ( that is something I will fab up in the future ) Other then that I like the quality.

Just listen to the vid of the exhaust .. .sounds great man .. I really like it.

And the flares and flap thing is so F'n stupid ... that would make me so pissed ...errrr... and by the way the flaps look so gay , does the law state a minimum size the flaps have to be? I would find it and make them as small as possible.

My hood vents came in 2 weeks early. If given enough time I may be installing them this weekend. When my wife gets home I'll take a Mach Up Picture

Thanks. Here is a Mock up of where they will be positioned.

Don't mind the mud that's from going to a ghost town for gold mining back in the 1800's.
