Not too much to update. I was away all weekend. I'm really enjoying this summer weather. Gave the jeep a good cleaning today. I chopped the front bumper even more so now it's a stubby. I gave it a little paint job also. Opinions are welcome because I'm not sure if I like it gray like this or black.

Thanks man!

Anyone have any opinions on how it would look if I highlined my fenders now. I was going to wait until after I do my axle swap and run bigger tires but high lining would be free. So the question is would it look weird with that much wheel gap in the front? (My tire size now is 32x11.5)

Word of advice.

Take care of the frame rot ASAP, wheeling puts a lot of stress on that control arm mount.

But it looks like a good solid platform!

Thanks man. Yeah I should have it fixed in the next couple weeks. It's crazy what one harsh PA winter will do to the frame. It had some surface rust before but I didn't expect this. And yeah I'm not really trying to wheel until its fixed.

The rest of the frame is solid though. I went around with a hammer. How does everyone clean Stuff out of their frame. I have some sand and stuff just stuck in there and i don't want that to cause more rot. Thanks.

Nothing really to update. Just been driving the heep around and just started experiencing a problem with my catalytic converter. I think it's going bad so I am going to replace it. Any suggestions on a good cat to get. I'm thinking about getting the magnaflow high flow cat. Also I found out I have a locker in the rear axle. I'm not sure what kind because I didn't pull the diff cover yet but I did the locker test and then I called the previous owner to double check and it turns out I have one. I still have to check the front though. I also bought some off road lights for the front bumper.

And here's a poser shot

I also put the jeep to work ripping out some tree stumps

I got a little tired of having to repaint my fenders and armor all the time because The paint will chip off so I decided to herculiner all of it. It looks cool and now it has texture too.
