Interested to see how the D30 deals with 37's. I was going to build a JK44 for the front of mine, but if the D30 survives fine I may spend my money elsewhere. (awesome build)

From what I know, this won't be a hard wheeler....so the 30 should have no problems whatsoever.

I to am interested in seeing how it stands against the 37s. Moab will probably be the toughest wheeling the Jeep ever sees. But, as long as it gets me there and back I am happy.

Made a trip at to the new pick a part here in Nashville today.

Scored 2 Taurus fans and a brake master cylinder for the Jeep. And I have been saving am pusher fan from a Sequoia for a couple weeks. All this for free.

Guy only charged me for the fender, bumper and grille I picked up for my exploder that I have sold this weekend.

I'm sure you can make them work. Volvo's also have a fan that matches the radiator very well.

A good write-up about the Taurus fan.

Biggest bonus to the volvo fan is it isn't molded to the shroud, it bolts to it, and there is a 2 speed relay right next to the fan behind the headlight that you can grab with it. Makes wiring simple.

The ones I have unbolted from the shroud, so maybe I will just give these a try.

Got the hydro assist mocked up on the diff cover and the tie rod tonight. I will burn in the tabs tomorrow and paint the diff cover.

Tomorrow night I can finally run a torque wrench around on all the front suspension bolts and steering. Then move on to the rear shock spacers. Then she will be ready to sit on all four tires again. But, I need to keep it on jack stands till I get all the brake lines ran and the system bled. Maybe by the end of next week she will have brakes and sitting back on all four tires.
