Thanks guys, it's not real pretty but it's solid as hell.

It's ready to index tomorrow and burn in the splined slug.

Pitman arm works perfect, full range of steering and no binding at all. The front axle is out and finishing the welding today.

Sleeves, new lower CA bracket 10 degree, reinforced the CO mounts, passenger JJ tower, AR tabs and track bar bracket. Then load it on the trailer to take to work for Paint and then regear to 5:13.

Stuffed a tire before pulling the axle out. I have some good pictures to post later after I clean them up.

Are you leaving the jeep letters blue, or doing something with them?

They will be black like the other side. I just have not stuck the decals on that side yet.

:thank you:

Guys I have a little problem. When I flex out the front with the passenger upper arm in it binds, I remove the arm and the front axle movement is so fluid. My fix would be to remove the passenger arm completely and just run a 3 link. My only problem with that is I am using 2" JJs. Should I replace the inner ball with the bigger inserts currie sells or and I just over thinking it?

Btw, the only binding is when the passenger droops out and the driver is all the way at bump. For normal driving and light trail use there would never be an issue.

What's it hitting? I'm guessing if you let it go, it's just gonna bug the crap out of you.
