I think I might of mentioned it before, and I know you're on a budget - but why not give Deaver a call with your specs and have them make you a spring? They're **** is soo flexy. Plus they have this little contract with currie of putting Johnny joints inside the wraps instead of bushings

Reid knuckles, sleeves, gussets and a locker should get her going the right way.

Yes, custom Savvy skins on the bed painted to match ofcourse and some custom hiline tube flares. That should complete the body.

Looking for no lift replacement springs for an XJ. I was hoping to find OME in no lift or maybe 1" .

LJ blanks and custom bent rocker panels in front of the tire. The LJ blank with the front section cut off fits perfect. Thinking about a side exit exhaust on the passenger bedside.

Quadratec also sells stock replacement as well as HD 1" lift leafs. Iirc the smallest OME offers is 2" HD, or 2.5" LD.

They aren't JJs, they call them Baja Bushings.
http://www.deaverspring.com/products/bushings.html

I'm as much of an advocate for leafs as the next person, but as pimp as Deavers are, unless he is set on keeping leafs in the rear, I wouldn't. Deavers aren't cheep by any means, on something as pimp as this truck is, and with coilovers in the front, they are a step in the wrong direction, the money would be better off spent in a different way.

Looking clean, paint is looking really sharp.

With the Flop gone and this one so nice, any plans on wheeling it before a buggy is built?
