A tj named Sarah frame swapped

So when I was 15 i got my first jeep. She's a tj with a 4.0 Its kinda late in the process to start a build thread but whatever. I had to frame swap her too btw.
I'm sorry in advance for the issues with the pictures I can not figure out how to handle them.
there will be random pictures of other stuff going on: my plow rig, and my dog probably.
I got it completely stock so heres a list of mods in that order
-kc lights
-more and more random lights
-2 inch budget boost
-hockey puck body lift
-33s
-flush mount tail lights
-4 inch rough country lift
- winch
-wing down tail gate
-frame swap
-mini spooled rear
-other minor things
-new bumper
TO come-
Sye and new drive shaft

Also my lack of bumper with just the winch plate and the winch

I mini spooled my rear dana 44. Got the spool for like 40 bucks and it kinda sucks on the road but its amazing off road and in the snow

as you can see i needed to pop the carrier and ring gear which was no biggie but i didn't expect it so it took longer than i expected.
heres the bumper build

not a bad bumper kinda took me a while because it was freezing out and i would work an hour and go in
heres the fairlead mounts finished without paint

just in case y'all were wondering this is how an engine job for an f150 looks

I needed to do a transmition mount
soon i will do a flat skid and sye as well as a new rear driveshaft. I am just trying to catch a window with less snow so I'm not plowing at school or working.

Recently here in little rhody we had a blizzard that summed 3 feet. The jeep had no problem.

Update: in reguards to the mini spool
I love that thing. having a fully locked rear is the best thing i have done in a while to the jeep. Spider gears are just stupid. I have gone through 3 feet of snow and feel the difference.driving on snowy, slushy, and icy roads is way better. Its also predictable.
