Finally took it and him out wheeling. Went to the new park they are building in PA for a major trail cutting work party and used it to move saws and stuff to where we were working. We also did a little wheeling. over all very impressed with the rig. Few more things to tweak and work on but thats the life of a project.

loaded up ready to head home

picked these up for it going a little diffrent with the conversion headlight a friend of ours has these on his TJ and with tube fenders a possibility down the road we wanted a headlight that had a running light/fog in it already. They come in two versions, white or amber LEDs we got the white. Install with relays tomorrow.

Had my friends at Dream Toys wire up the headlights today. did a full relay harness kist and have the inner LED rings on the fog light switch and the outers as directional. its a little over kill for turns right now but tube fenders are a possibility and really didn't want to rewire them down the road. huge improvement over stock and the LEDs give it a nice look

Very interested in those. Where did you get them from?

Found it, thanks. I think that the amber would definitely be safer for oncoming traffic to recognize as a turning directional. How do the turn signals work when the headlights themselves are on? Is it blatantly obvious that it is blinking? I would be interested in having it wired with the inner LeDs as parking lamps and the Outer ones as the turn signals.

These also seem cool, but would require another LED as a parking lamp on each side.

when they are on you can tell they are turns. really wish they were split but such is not the case. Also these lights are not cheaply built the front is glass and the rear is metal.

He took the best top trunk and mounted it then built up a nice storage box with his recovery gear

Keep a quart of oil some blocks for the jack a small barker bar, shackles, socket for the lug nuts, and a few other things.

now on the jack he made up a pate for the top. Its a piece of 3in channel with a small pice of pip that fits over the top of the bottle jack. It acts as a cradle for the jack on the axle.
