I went with a buddy and looked at one on the coast a few years back that i was going to part out, but it ended up not working out for one reason or another. But yeah I've considered it several times.

Yeah its not bad, but it can be a pain in the *** sometimes. Hard tops are a lot quicker on the turn around profit.

Taurus electric fan swap, again struggling to pull everything i can out of this little 2.5...
Picked it up at pick-n-pull for 25.00 snagged some relays while i was there
3 stage switch at radio shack for 6 (Auto-Off-High)
Small LED that comes on as a warning when fan is off 5.00 at Frys
18.00 thermostat from autozone
We cut up the old fan shroud and used it as a mount for fluid reservoirs.
One problem we ran into is that the taurus fan pulls close to 100 amps at the intial turn on, so while the fan is only pulling a constant 30 or so we were still blowing fuses everytime we turned it with 30 amp fuses. So what we ended up doing is spending a little bit more money and buying a 100 amp circuit breaker. That way if it ever blows a fuse on the trail i can pop the breaker and keep going. I'll get more detailed pics later.

I had just gotten to work and was scanning through my craigslist notifications when this came up... So i immediately left the office drove down to Eugene from downtown Portland, roughly a 2 hour drive to a Kia dealership. Yeah, a Kia dealership, apparently they took them in on a trade for a payment on a car? So i got down there paid 400.00 and made it back in time for Calc class!

So the guys at the Kia dealership didn't know much about them, and were asking me all sorts of questions about what i was going to do with them etc. Not to mention my dad had just sold his truck the week before so i somehow loaded them into my mothers ML320... (she still doesnt know...)
Anyways so that next weekend me and my old man drained the diff oil and take a look at what we found...

So i then started cleaning up the axles and after practicing my welding a little bit i decided it probably wasn't a good idea for me to weld my own brackets on...

So i again searched craigslist and for a fabricator and found this guy Joe who just opened his own shop, Hope Metal Works.

https://www.facebook.com/HopeMetalWorks

So i loaded them up in the back of a friends explorer and dropped them off at his shop.

Meanwhile i posted my stock axles on craigslist... A guy ironically from Eugene called me within 2-3 hours of me posting it and picked them both up for 450. I forgot how high in demand 4.10s are for TJs.

I have that CL app. How do you get notifications?

So the one i have is 2-3 year old version before various updates where they turned off notifications some features of saved searches, multi-city and state searches etc... I believe it got removed from the market because of craigslist whole ordeal with people using 3rd party programs and sites to access their ads. But i could be wrong.

I made a backup of the .apk and just turned off automatic updating. You shouldn't have to turn off auto update for it as its named something completely different now in the play store. The only downside is the ad doesn't always show up correctly when you open it from the app, so most the time i have to click the view in browser option, however its a great easy way to sift through posts and be the first notified when something you want comes up. Everything else has worked great for me on all my phones. Below is a dropbox link for a backup of mine.
