The body mount bolts above the fuel tank were the worst, but I live in a pretty dry area. You will like the ride.

how much did you have to thin the monstaliner in order to spray it?..or is it a different kit?

Be carefull while Hugging the Trees...They leave dents on your Jeep....

I'm a painter, but didn't want to have the overspray on the walls of the garage, so I rolled it on. It's the same coating to spray, but you thin it with MEK.

When you spray the bedliner hold the can around a foot away and spray it on in 3-4 light coats. As I said before have a fan ready to blow air on it between coats, especially with the humidity we have now.

How did you handle overspray? just let it fall on the floor or tape off an area for it?

I use a painters drop cloth, but I'm not too worried about getting anything on my garage floor. You can see the floor in the pictures above, it's stained from the water heater leaking before I bought the house.

Hey Cuder,

Love your build. How much lift did you get from the 3 inch springs when you installed the springs? Did you lose any of that height with the addition of the front bumper and winch? Also wondering how level your jeep sat/sits on flat ground.

Thanks!

Thanks!!! It was 3" after they settled. The bumper and winch set it about 1/2" lower, I could probably use some spacers up front.

I bought the JCR sliders while they were on sale for black Friday. I finally got around to coating them with the Duplicolor Armor bedliner yesterday.
Self eitching primer

Thanks Steven!!
I wanted front floor liners, but I also wanted a M.O.R.E. dead pedal. So, I just put it on top of the liner and used one long sheet metal screw on the bottom. It's sturdy enough with 3 screws and I will only have to take the bottom one out to wash the liner.

I took my daughters to Northwest OHV park in Bridgeport today. It was great top down. We tried out a natural RTI ramp and found a few mud holes.

Yes, going to build it with the Artec truss brackets. I have a friend that drag races that is going to help me do the gears and another friend that is going to weld it up for me.
