I might sneak in some teaser pics here soon. We shall see

As for the shop my buddy has. Nice one that I use mot of the time. He's got a heat system in there, just waiting to get the gas lines run so until then we will have to wait.

Are you using the conversion bulbs we had been talkin about or are you recreating a whole new headlight out of a quad row 7" light bar?

I've been seeing some silverados and a couple wrx'a use like duallys and d2 inside there stock housings wired into the high beams which seems really cool

No, I am not using those bulbs, and I would pass them along to you but it appears one of the low beam diodes had dimmed out. It's a really poor design actually.

And as for the new design it's not a light bar, rather a closer look to an actual headlight. It is a 3 row hi/lo beam set up. It has 15 diodes.

Are you still running 3.5" Superlift leafs? If so, how are they holding up? Good flex, on road quality, all that good stuff? Looking to get those for my next lift.

I am for the rest of this week and then they'll be making me some $$. They've been good to me thus far and I expect they will be good to the next guy, simply won't be of use to me with my new set up.

Dropped the axles out of the jeep today. It's sitting on the lift waiting for the new axles to go in. Tomorrow I'll be painting the axles and hopefully finishing the locker install. The locker would be done but unfortunately I don't have access to a vice, thus removing the ring gear is not easy. I'm seeking out a vice tomorrow.

The PSC diff cover will go on the new D30 and the 8.8 already has a beefy diff cover on it.

I managed to get the buyer of the lift kit to help with the uninstall as well so I sat and watched most of today.

Rear will actually stretch 1-2" and front another inch. Not much, but every inch counts!

here she is mid way through today.

Thanks guys, this has been my view for the past two days.. it will continue to be my view until the jeep is back together.

Small victory today as I got the front axle housing installed and leafs. I also fought with my Lokka locker install until i stopped and fought for a second. Went really easy after i figured out what i was doing. Thanks Canman for helping me talk through my stupidity. Ill finish assembly on the front axle tomorrow and mount the rear axle up. My goal is to have her on her own feet tomorrow. Here is how I left her tonight.

those logs have served us well as axle stands this week.

I'll update tomorrow with what all is left to do!

The familiar site of a YJ totally torn apart...I often would get to that point and ask myself, "Am I really so stupid that I think I can put this back together and have it work?"

Keep up the good work man.

Cheers
