Yeah that's basically how mine is set up right now. I have no fan shroud so the fan is useless. I did however pick up a fan shroud and I'll install that as well. I'll have the e fan in front of the rad followed by the shroud and stock fan. Should keep me plenty cool on the trail.

I'm looking to make a custom sheet metal shroud for my electric fan. Should be too hard

I also thought about that. I may do that as it would be fairly easy in my head. But at this point I may leave it unshrouded.

Sub'd up, Great build!

Did I miss where you installed this? Looks super clean, I'd like to see it installed.

Thanks man,

It's installed but unfinished at this point. Waiting for it to find it's final resting place in my coming roll cage. I'll get some finished shots ASAP.

I think they're cheap enough to make most your money back on yours off CL and get the tj set. But chopping up those will be start to a fab addiction

Haha I'm already addicted to fab, just gotta get my wallet on the same level. I don't think I've ever priced rear defenders alone. I'll have to look into that.

Cough cough* unless a great friend and employee wants to lend a hand *cough cough.

Poison Spyder rear cage kit arrived, and I just got off the phone with Blue a Torch Fab. I'll have their front trail cage here on Monday, then it's just burning it in and then frame tie-ins.

Did you order just the rear spreader for the YJ from Psc ? The only thing I don't like about BTF's cage kit is it makes 2 dead tubes come together in the center rear. depending on how you weld it all in depends if that CB mount will fit properly too

Yes I got the rear from PSC and Front from BTF, I was thinking about what you were saying with the cb mount when I was considering ordering the front but I think what I'll do is add a flat aluminum plate in between the two center bars up front. I'll bolt the cb into that plate as well as use it to mount my switch panel.

In my head it all works together but I won't know for sure until its all said and done.
