This may be a bit off topic but a few pages back I saw you guys talking about high line washer bottle options. For those it may help, I used the one below and it works amazingly well!

Lou..

Just spent past few days reading your build. Came a long way in past few years. I see you have the Riddler diff covers. Did you have any issues with the front one hitting the trackbar? All the threads I have read, it will hit. Anything you did special? I see you have the JKS trackbar and the Currie steering. Thanks,

Look at the Barnett diff cover. That's what I'll be buying.

I love mine! Beefy where it needs to be, excellent clearance.

Sarge with your 4.5" springs you should have no issues. When I had my 4" zone springs I did not interfere with the riddler at all.

Now that I've dropped in ride height I notice it has scrapped it very lightly but I plan to address that this winter by seeing if anything needs to be adjusted or simply grinding down that spot a little.

Also thanks for taking the time to read through

If it will hit with less lift it will hit with any amount of lift, spring height doesn't make things clear. You have to pull the springs and soft rubber from the bumps and cycle everything to see clearance issues as sometimes higher ride height will hide a problem until you put the suspension in a certain situation and the clearance issue shows itself. Longer bump stops can prevent clearance issues but we all know we want the least amount of bump possible to achieve better uptravel numbers so it's not always the best solution.

Interesting...must have been the bumps I adjusted rather then the spring swap that caused the rubbing. Huh

I've read with 2" bump you should be fine. I then saw you reduced your lift and figured you would have adjusted your bumpstops not to loose travel. To make things easier, I will probably just go with the Barnett cover. I first need to check my caster as Im hitting the diff cover bolts with the RE crapbar, then go from there. Thanks to all for the insight...

I guess as a jeep owner you never really do make up your mind. Decided to visit the new Clayton shop and pick up a couple goodies.
