I think I'll cut the entire bracket off chop it and mount it on the top side of the frame

If all else fails knock the nylon inserts out of the mount, find some tubing that will fit it and then do what needs doing. i guess your setup started as a curry mount behind the wheel TJ kit

Lu, I don't have a good picture but if you cut the bracket about a 1/2" below the bushing sleeve straight across then it works pretty well, that's how I did mine. Just make sure you take the poly bushing out before welding.

Spent a couple hours last nt cutting the upper arms down 2" and cutting the bungs out to reweld. (Disclaimer: My first welds on tube) Also patched and filled in the gaps from the coil bucket to the frame.

Tomorrow ill get it sitting on its own weight and measure for the out boarding of the shocks

Ill wait for you on this one, apparently the Gen rights don't fit well, and the ucf look a little odd to me with that weld seam in the middle. Gonna let you figure it out first, haha!

Did you sort out those shock mounts and the GenRight tank? I had problems with my Clayton stretch and the GenRight tank and so did a buddy of mine (user name hoovail). I had to drill some holes through my new frame slots for the tank. Hoovail welded more steel to his tank and extended the GenRight mounting tabs to get a new hole location.

I havent addressed it yet but Ill likely cut the frame for the shock towers in that location and just drill a hole through the towers to put a bolt and secure the front of the tank.
