Wade, why are me and you doing things at the same time and rate? This is wild

I just got my 35"s mounted today. I am also sitting on a Rubicon Express short arm 3-link...(I wouldn't recommend driving it though)

Congrats on the tires though, can't wait to see them on the rig

Those tires look to have a bigger void than any other pic. I guess the angle makes all the difference, and people don't do a good job of showing the beasts.

Well, after 3 trips to the hardware store, a new Dremel, some new chisels, some new drill bits and some grade 8 hardware, and a buttload of hammering and swearing, I was able to get the weld nut cut off and the shock reinstalled. I decided to reward myself by installing my new rear tires. I need to dial down the shocks or let some air out of the tires (or both), or I'm never going to get the Rig thru the garage door. *Note* No Rear bumper and no spare, so I suspect that would droop the back a little bit, and I have jackstands under the frame and the nose down with no front Axle!

Here is evidence!

You might win the award for "tallest Jeep EVER"

I had the same thing going on today...my front axle was dropped all the way down and the frame was on jackstands and the 35s looked TINY with the huge gap...It looks much better now that the Jeep is sitting on it's own weight again. You'll be fine

Yah, the LCoG police here on JF will be hunting my down here soon!!

I'm not worried, it's going to be a bit, but hopefully get the parts I need and stuff reinstalled up front in the next couple of weeks.

Wade

Bump, looking to get an answer from last week for a question that got lost in the excitement of new tires...

Now I'm out of breath, need a beer and still have a stuck sleeve.
