Speaking of which here's a video of my stroker with a borla exhaust. Cat deleted

Straight six I had the same cat. Jegs I paid like 80 bucks. I feel the o2 should be down the line from the cat not in it. So it gets an accurate reading to send back to the PCM. Even if you buy the cat back piping the shop that installs it for you should weld the bung in as part of the job while doing the rest for you at no extra cost. Borla makes a nice cat back at a pretty penny though (500). I just bought the borla xs muffler from jegs. Roughly 100 bucks. Because I needed a high airflow muffler for the new sewing machine under the hood.

thank you for saving me that effort lol, that was something i was actually worried about. i like the white on white.

i would have just powdercoated the bumper white or something, but i really like the durability and lifetime warranty of the line-x.

also i love krylon fusion! best rattle can ever.

Cool thanks man. I was going to buy the pipe and prebent sections but it would be cheaper, easier, and better flowing to have it done by a shop. Keep up the good work, you have one sweet xj. Heres a pic of mine hiding behind my friend white xj.

So, here's the updates.

I purchased a D30 Lp (i know i know) its not a huge deal to me, im not going crazy. just mild trails locally and only the easy trails at a local ORV park.

heres a picture

Heres the details

-detroit truTRac
-4.56 yukons
-poison spyder HDtie Rod
-poison Spyder Diff cover
-old man emu steering stab

Works out perfect because im running my stock 3.55 still, and i needed to regear for these 32's
4.56 gives me a little room to grow, since i never plan on going any bigger than 35's im okay with it.

especially since i can bypass the install cost of the gear, cost of locker, tie rod and diff cover, and i just swap it with my stock d30
I purchased it From EchoMan

So to match my new front axle i purchased a 4.56 ring and pinion form another jeepforum user for 75$ Also a great deal IMO.
I plan to throw an aussie in the back end, a local mustang guy said he would do the ring pinion install locker fill it back up for me and warrant his work for 12,000 miles for 200$.

so all in all, im looking at front and rear locked (limited slip up front, that locks with a little brake action) 4.56 gears. diff covers, and hd steering ish for a total of... 2000$???

more wheeling pictures

Much steeper than it looked.

a video of said hill, sorry you have to tilt your head

F#ck your couch!

one of the trails we went on was a county trail for spraying insecticide, and they sent some poor lady back there with a 2wd silverado when a coworker told me he burried his tj on 37's up to the door.
Well sure enough she got stuck, so me and my buddy pushed her off the stump she got her control arm stuck on, but they had sent a f-450 back there to save her because "he had a winch"
well he also had highway tires and weighed 8,000 lbs.

so i went down the trail to where he was since he was stuck too, finally got to put the stroker through some sort of test! he just hooked up his winch cable to my trailer hitch and i gave a slight tug, barely hit 1400 rpm's and pulled him right through it all, i love this VEHICLE!!!!
So we tell him on the way out to make sure he hits the holes with momentum since the female in the silverado did the same and she got out. what does he do, goes 45 yards and creeps into another hole. so i drove around a little ridge on the side and pulled him out again and escorted them out.
pics

i hate mud -_-

cleaned it up and went surfing with my wife

but on the way home we found some more trails!!!!! lol

anyways, should be alot more traffic on the build thread soon!

Props man, I love this build! You put those Treadwrights through any abuse yet? Considering those for my next tire!
