Went to Six Points Outback Adventure Park run by Meridian Offroad and sponsored by BDS a couple of weeks ago. Had an awesome time, didnt have to time to take very many pics since I was so busy wheeling and having an awesome time. Here r some pics at the end of the day putting doors back on and reconnecting sway bars.

Hi.. Like the Jeep, hopefully mine will be like that someday..
Totally un-related question though, how do you mount your front license plate??? I have the same setup, with RR XHD bumpers and Smittybilt winch and I am trying to figure out what to do.. Or is it that in NY you dont need to put the front plates???

Cheers...

Your supposed to have a License plate up front. I have had my bumper on for almost a year and have not put it on nor do I plan on it. Have not gotten stopped by cops. I live 5 miles from PA border and no one has a front plate on there so I think the cops think I am from PA. I am not to worried about it.

I dont know if anyone who is following my build thread is from Western NY, Northwest PA but for anyone who is interested, several people I know including platinum5.9 are starting an "informal" off road group.

No member dues and no website. Just trying to get a bunch of guys/gals together who live in WNY/Northwestern PA who want to wheel. Most of the wheeling will be done in PA at organized events like Meridan Off road park in Butler PA and other places. If you are interested, email platinum5.9/Kyle at the email account below in my signature to get put on the list. Shoot me a PM on here too so I can friend you.

The next phase of my build is about to happen. I am scheduled to drop my jeep off to be regeared to 4.88 on February 21st. I am getting a ARB air locker in the rear, sleeving and gusseting my Dana 30 while I am at it. Finally I ordered ARB diff covers front and rear. I will post pics and commentary after install.

I feel like its christmas!!!

The sleeves from off road evolution are pretty heavy duty, I was holding the long one up trying to get the foam peanuts out and my arm was getting tired. This should beef up the front axle nicely.
