Pulled off skid row front skid plate, stock bumper and fog lights yesterday. Installed fog lights into Rugged ridge mod bumper (those little washers and nuts are a pain the but) I am about to go back out into the cold and start the bumper installation.

Well, its been long day. I went out this morning to get the garage ready to start working and brush the snow off my Jeep before I pulled into garage. Here is my Jeep before I started after removing the stock bumper last night.
![]() bfolla06 Came over and started helping with the install at around 9. It wasnt long before I relized I would need a 19 mm deep socket and I didnt have one so it was off to tractor supply. We decided to try mounting the bumper firstand then the winch. No dice, too hard to get up underneath and get the bolts for the winch, so we took the bumper off and installed the winch on the bumper and then bolted the bumper to the frame. Than we realized that we couldnt get to any of the electical connections because the design of the rugged ridge bumper, so we had to pull the bumper off, then pull the winch off, connect the eletrial connections to the winch, remount the winch and mount the bumper and winch again to the frame. Its been a long day. But it was worth it, here is the finished product:![]() ![]() ![]()

lnstalled the Rough Country 3.25 inch kit yesterday with the help of some of my friends from Erie Jeep People. Here are some pics of the install. I will get some shots of the Jeep finished up later. It was too late to take decent pics by the time we were done with everything.

Thanks guys, all the mods made the jeep look a lot better. Once my 32's wear down some more I will be in the market for tires. I am thinking Goodyear MTRs in a 34. Oh, and apparently the RC shocks have bump stops built into them making additional bump stops unessary or so they say. If I have problems that will be on the list though.
