Pinion angle

Can't tell from the pics, what's your pinion angle? Are you using a CV style driveshaft?

Yes I'm using a CV style drive shaft. I set the pinion angle close to what the original was roughly 10 deg -2..

went to the you pull and scored some fuel lines out of an 02 astro van they where like brand new. I didn't realize that when they get a car they rip the fuel tank out and drain and crush it not caring about the fuel pump so no fuel pump..

Its Alive!!! Fired on first try..

The pump that was in the tank put out 65 PSI runs like a champ..got a few bugs to work out and some more wires to hook up for the Electric fan and few things also have to take it to my Buddie shop to fab up the Exhaust. One thing I cant figure out is I don't have power to the radio anymore?? every thing else works but no power to radio? and my Schematics aren't very clear where the power comes from for it? anyone have an idea? the power steering pump worked out awesome I got a pump from An 01 Astro van with a remote Reservoir so I was able to retain my remote Reservoir. I pick up the drive shafts tomorrow.

Very cool! I'm in the process of the same build. We are finishing tearing the motor out of an 01 Jimmy this weekend.

Well i have been driving it for a few weeks. love it i haven't put the front fenders on because I'm still working on things and its easier not to have to lean over them lol.. I ordered a new radiator from BTR Radiator (Built Tough Radiators) very nice radiator and price was very good.
