thanks...and also thanks to Ashland and Ivester...

I got the temp and fuel gauge units swapped into main gauge today and other than the senders being plugged up they are functional....also made up a harness with 2 relays and 2 switchs for the blower motor...and got this installed as well...so heres where I stand with the electrical....I need some lights for front blinkers...im goin to add some red led strips in the rear area for mood lighting when parked and hanging out listnin to tunes...and I need the rest of the required glass fuses...replace the loop terminal for the alt and the two loop teminals for the rear harness grounds...a few well placed zip ties to neaten it all up and done...oops almost forgot the cable from solenoid to starter...

That's pretty funny. What do you think about a very low cog xj with tractor wheels? Can it be done?

maybe with a set of like 8.3 x 24 r1's of of a yanmar...if I get an xj to build as a lcog rig ill probably boattail both front and rear making it look like a backwards facing flatbottom rowboat...ive only seen one attempt at doing both front and rear...it would entail about 4mths of just sheetmetal work alone...and would have to be late model one with the metal hatch...if I can locate one with a blown motor 97-01 ill attempt it...just have to get my shop built first...otherwise you would have to cut way past the floor and then it would just look stupid and more like a buggy than a Cherokee....after we see what we have to pay off come redneck lottery season this year ill decide on whether to finish the big dj or build my shop...I think the shop over all would make building jeeps and life much simpler...also would be my man cave...lol

Sounds like you have it planned out, keep at it freak! A shop would be the way to go.
