Well gears carrier and install kit got here yesterday for the front end...gonna have to build it open for now....but didn't have the extra 3 bills for the locker yet...prolly just gonna add a lockrite at some point...wanna Detroit but can't see spending that kinda cash plus axles for a 44 front. Not with my tires anyway...new internals for carrier are only 90$ and here lately that all I've been breaking in front...well I'll get some pics of all this stuff soon

So like as I sit here looking stupid...last yahoo I heard about the d44/d50 hybrids were you had cut off your knuckles and machine the d50 ones to fit n find Dana 60 axles n n n n ....now after all this d44 stuff is sitting on the floor I find out I can just install the d50 gears in my 44 housing without all the other crap with just some grinding, the special install kit($150approx.) and the carrier I already had oh and d50 gears instead of 44 gears that I just received ..thus making my d44 44% stronger.....uuuugggghhhh!!!!...I'd actually would have spent about the same dollars...looks like I'll be paying for some extra shiping...doh
