I see you've been busy. Nice job on the slip yoke elim kit! Bending tubing too. I told you guys those manual benders would wear you out!! They work good don't they though and really open allot of things to you that you can build and do a nice job at. Looking forward to seeing the rack.

Jim, the guy is moving and said that the bender could end up at my house until he has room for it… and he has a welder and a plasma cutter!!! We were talking tonight about all the things we could do. He has his own electrical business, I asked him when we were going to open a fab shop up. He got all excited, apparently he has thought about it in the past… who knows, maybe a little something on the side!!! And, yes, I am totally sore tonight from working the bender!!!

THANKS TJRHD!!!

Well, it's welded… I just have to put my "hinges on", but I can't get the bushings out and I don't want to burn them up!!!

it sure is nice when a plan comes together! I don't want to see that bouncing down Cadillac hill when you're going up next Summer!

LOL, yeah, it's funny that you mention bouncing down the hill… I worry about my welds!!! I would never put my welds on something structural!!! But I stood on that thing and bounced on the stub for the tire mount… seems pretty strong. We will see!!! I think we should test it before summer, though!!!

I couldn't sleep last night, so I spent an hour getting the bushings out of the sleeves… what a pain in the butt that was!!!

I'm hoping to finish it up today!!!

Aaaaaaaand, here it is…

I'm starting to understand why genright angles theirs up… I think it looks a little low, but with the baffles and the when wells, this was the best placement for the bolts, and I still can't use two because of body mounts… I don't know. Maybe it will look better with the wheel and painted.

For the most part it's done… I gotta figure out some things, like lights… still not sure if I like it, but it's done…

Looks like it covers up your tail lights a little bit...other than that, very nice work! It looks good!

Yeah, Kyle, that's what I'm working out now. I'm thinking about cutting out the bars on the side... Not sure yet.

That seems like a pretty good plan...You could cut them out and move them inward. Regardless, it looks badass!

Bill I'd leave the tail lights alone and move those tubes that are in the way. Relocate them on the other side of the radius so they're not in the way. You can even put them in the radius itself if you like but you in your prefession know how much is visability is legal when it somes to the lights.

Also it looks to me like you've got room to mount a highlift jack on there too. Nice work so far!!
