Oh, side not, I noticed that the metal "dust boot" for the steering damper was contacting the drag link so I flipped the whole thing around and I seem to have a little less wobble now... Not sure if it's just in my mind or what... Anyway... It is amazing how all the steering works together positively and negatively!!!

... I guess I'm gonna have to fix that too…….

Nothing jeep to report, but had to fix the unit bearing in my truck...

I've determined that if I can do it on my 3/4 ton truck, my jeep won't be a problem!!!

... I guess I'm gonna have to fix that too…….

Nothing Jeep to report… off on vacation!!!

My new (to me) truck and the in-laws' trailer…

Our spot on the beach at Pismo!!!

This is what I get for trying to help a stuck friend out…

10" lift, 38" tires……… yeah, the axles are in the sand… we had to dig out. It was actually kind of cool, like 12 kids (we went with 7 other families) were digging under the truck to get it out!!! Good times!!!

Kids on the quads…

It ended way too quick!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

... I guess I'm gonna have to fix that too…….

Well, in attempt to diagnose the death wobble, I rotated the tires... Made it a lot better!!!

I replaced the Rockkrawler track bar with an RE single shear style...

I've had issues with the other rod end since I got it, and was sick of it, so I figured I'd go simple...

This is all an attempt to get this thing ready for a trip to Hollister tomorrow!!!

... I guess I'm gonna have to fix that too…….

Well, we were in Hawaii...

Went for a hike to Ka'ena point and saw a few jeeps... The only CJ there had the only driver that was dumb enough to go through the mud pit...

He got stuck!!! Good thing he had a winch!!! His buddies in the JK's just watched as he dug his wheels in, spinning them!!!

On the fourth we visited Pearl Harbor... An awesome way to remember the cost of freedom!!!!

Then we went to Turtle Bay for fireworks... We had the best night for weather and had an amazing sunset!!!

Now I'm home... First day back to work and my new neighbors' chaihuahua got in our back yard and my dogs killed it... WELCOME HOME! Fortunately work was good this week, especially seeing that I'm the only detective in the office!

A couple weeks before I left I got all the stuff to change the fluids out of my diff's since going wheeling with MVigo... I think I got some water in them! However, been surfing the Internet for a cure for my trucks low fuel rail pressure issue when it gets over 100 degrees.... Replaced a new plastic fuel filter with a new metal one to see if that will help...

Now just waiting for the big rubicon trip in August!!!!

... I guess I'm gonna have to fix that too…….
