Then two hours of non-stop trial running, we went across hwy 215, which leads to Bryds Campground, then over to Morgan Mountain Rd. Headed north on Morgan Mountain Rd for a few miles turned left on another logging road. Once at the bottom of the mountain we had multiple creek crossings. The first one's always the hardest because it has rained for the last 3 days and just wasn't sure how deep it was going to be..... Thatís why I tail gun.
Of course once you go down you have to come back up! From the last falls to pavement took about 1 1/2hrs. It was pretty tight! I lost a side mirror and Jeff lost front right fender flair. We had to move a couple of down trees and I was high centered a couple of times because of the length of my LJ and the 1in spacers on my skid plate. I have got to get the Savvy TT soon! My big oíbelly got hung up multiple times last week at Superlift and again this week in the Ozarks. Itís downright disheartening!
I finally got the Novak Shifter dialed in. It just slides into 4lo and stays there, just like it should. Next to my Zip Lockers the Novak shifter is the bomb!
The Pig Trail is one windy twisty road , and thats the paved part ! Next time I head that direction I will have to look up Barnes road , but I dont think I want anything to do with walking on that slippery waterfall . Thanks for posting all the wheeling pictures , they look awesome .
