Thanks man hopefully my thread will be of some use for you? I snuck out there today to make some frame tie-ins and extra bracing. I Should have it fully welded up tomorrow night and hopefully painted then club meeting on weds, so I should have her in by Thursday night. Im a little nervous about my front driveshaft to starter clearance.I only have 4" before my driveshaft crashes into my bellhousing/starter. I shifted the motor over to the pass side as far as I could without major surgery of the trans mount, I sure hope it was enough.

Lol thanks Pal. Welp got one complete and painted.

Then ran out of wire doh! Only place open is home depot so I picked up a small roll then I found all their Christmas left overs and picked up this 300ft# impact for $15 for a spare to throw in the tool bag, good deal came with a 25ft hose and a few sockets.

One thing I completely overlooked is the CPS. I have the CPS from the Grand Cherokee but will that only work with an automatic or can I use it on a manual. I have the computer from the Dodge truck its an automatic will I need the CPS for a manual? Even though I'm using the computer from an automatic Dodge truck. Sheesh!! this thing is turning into Frankenstein. Auto parts stores have two different part numbers for the CPS but none can tell me the difference.

Sooooo had a few snags last night first was the cps I may have to shell the cash for a manual transmission cps and then it looks like O'Reillys doesn't have the correct info for the flywheel bolts cause the one they said would fit are completly wrong. So im going to hold off installing this motor till I get the right stuff to get the job done.

Okay so I'm back in the game! Fastenal is where its at I had to guess, but I guessed right at 7/16" fine thread for the flywheel bolts the Dodge dealership was no help on the bolt size, all they could tell me was it had been discontinued. The CPS Im just going to space it up for now to see if it'll work, according to a tech at Dodge they work the same, its just the auto one is longer than the other.

Messed around with the cps today I used a piece of cereal box cardboard as a spacer between the sensor and tone ring

then three washers as spacers on the block.

Got the clutch on.
