Thanks guys! I have my eye on a set of truck headers at a salvage yard if I can't pick them up for cheap I will end up working with the stock manifolds (fingers crossed). I have heard the passenger manifold interferes with the firewall and that is why everyone ends up using block hugger headers. I've also heard of others using older truck manifolds since they are center dump and easier to come by, plus cheaper.
Honestly I have never done a leak down test on a motor so it was a learning experience for me, coupled with the crappy gauges that came on my buddies tester were what was throwing everything off. I am happy to continue forward with this build and hope I dont run into anymore snags. Haha
