Well, the weatherman said it was going to rain today and he was actually right. Yesterday after work I took off the bikini top and safari net and put on my soft top. Gave the YJ a much needed wash too. I have a JCR steering kit that Im hoping to install in the next couple weeks and theres a couple loose ends that need some attention. Now that the weather is finally cooling down here, hopefully we can go on some wheeling trips soon.
Also, Im going to have to do something about my driver seat. It looks like the reclining mechanism broke or wore off, now the seat is always in a reclined position and its not very comfortable.

They are Mickey Thompson Baja Claws. Very good tires on just about everything but snow. I think my next set of tires will be BFG KM2's.

When you put the RE springs in did you order 4 fronts, or 2 fronts and 2 rears?
Thanks

I ordered 2 fronts and 2 rears. I believe the rears have 1 more leaf than the fronts do.

Thanks man, your YJ is one of a kind, looks like it was just driven off the lot.
Anyway, we installed my JCR over the knuckle steering kit a couple weekends ago. It was pretty simple, I got a stock pitman arm and reamed it, then reamed the knuckles, hacked about 1.5" off the drag link (since it was originally for an XJ) and put it on. we did a quick alignment but it could probably use a real one. Steering feels so much better now. I love it. Will post pics as soon as i get them.

Heres some crappy cell phone pics of my steering. Handles much better now, I love it.
Within the next couple months I plan to do a drop down tailgate conversion, tube fenders, and we're going to make a new bumper with more of a stingerish look to it.
