Check out this guy... Moab ain't got nothing for him!
If he can do all of this, any Jeep that has a driver that knows what they're doing should be able to go where ever they want...

I think you're a little off. The shell on a turtle is thicker by a factor of 1.6783 while compared to the speed of a Puma, when chasing a rabbit. Therefore, if you hit a nail with a 4 lb. hammer, the thickness of the wood needs to be 4, and your grip should be on your lower regions.

Little hiccup today. Dude in opposite lane turned left right in front of me on my way home from work.
Let's see 1/4" steel bumper -vs- Korean sheet metal. I'll post up pics, but you can guess the outcome...

Added to my growing pile of things to do. Ordered 16" Vanco BBK this morning!
Sooner or later I need to tear this thing apart AGAIN & install everything.

Getting the fever back a little bit.
Picked up a Hobart Handler 140 today. I only have 110v outlets so was limited. Anything that needs more (like a truss) I'll tack up & have a certified weldor burn it in.
Not much else thicker than 3/16" on this thing anyway

Just starting to slowly start on mine again too... nothing cool like a new Welder to play with on my end though. I've been watching Craigslist, but no luck really... I don't know that I'd used it enough to justify something full/priced/new.
Eagerly watching your progress as your fever spreads!

I'm trying to organize things.
Vanco BBK coming tomorrow & will most likely replace ball joints & unit bearings while I'm at it (thanks for the vendor advice Wade).
If Superior had their stuff together, I could get some Evos & have the guts of the front axle DONE.
Then what's next? Do I finish the front (steering & suspension redesign), then move to the back? Or do I finish everything both front & rear (except suspension), then go back & do the entire suspension all at once?

Your not joking I waited about 5 months after placing my order for evo shafts and they never gave me a timetable. I eventually cancelled and got the discovery.

Has anyone tried the body mounts from UCF or Swag? I'm thinking it would be nice to get rid of the 6 pucks on the sides of the Jeep & be able to move the mounts up for more clearance.

SWAG. I just removed my JKS 1.250 spacer and put the OEM bolt & bushings back. I did have to trim my sliders a little.
