Well, lately I have been tackling the rust on the jeep. I touched up the frame, axles, rock sliders, and gas tank skid.



I finally found out what my popping noise was in the front end. I had to park it on an incline and rock it back and forth, but I found out the front drivers side shock was loose. Of course while I was trying to tighten it, I snapped the bolt.

I got bored yesterday and painted the inner fenders to my Metalcloaks black...
Horrible pics, but it looks good

I think on those rearmost ones you can access the bottom side to put a nut on once you through-drill the old stuff. The other bolts are boxed in IIRC. Those inner fenders look sharp black!

Looks good get out of the rust belt when you still have a chance!

Went to Rocks and Valleys this weekend, had a good time. Finally had someone tag along that took a bunch of pics! My dad tagged along with me, this was his first time ever wheeling in my Jeep.
