I'll see what I can come up with tomorrow evening. I have a handful of red LEDs that I will use for side markers and such. Hopefully it works out well and clean.

Anyone know how to get overspray and crap off my tub paint? Clay bar?

You can try claybar but I would use 3M rubbing compound. That should clean it right off the clear coat.

Thanks brad, I'll pick that up next time I'm out.

As for updates. NONE.

I have been making some orders that will be posted in about a month. Stretch is happening, and happening sooner then expected.

As for highlines, got the JB squared working and bent up some goodness.

I'll update after the Crozet run, and then it will be time for some cutting, grinding, and fab time

After a long discussion with James (the other one) I have decided to give Artec a shot. Their prices are fantasticand unique. The axle truss is Badass. It saves me money, time, and headaches.

Been messing with the calc, numbers look good, hope it will be good in reality.

Going to be moving into a house with garage mid next month if plans work out. The garage is mine. Will have all tools moved from my parents over to there. I'm really excited to get this thing going.

Pics from Crozet to come

Went wheelin. Jeep did ok. Tried to start her up, nothing. Gauges going everywhere, battery fine. So we said started. Bumped it, went home. Got a new started, no dice.

So we take the harness off, clean, and install it again. Nothing. Something is ****ed up. On the way home the voltage was going up and down. Check gauges went off.

So I have a jeep that suddenly is ****ed up. Doesn't run. I'm so frustrated exude I usually figure this out by now.

Wtf now?

I think it may be the battery.

I'll get a new one after I test it.

As for wheelin, wasn't a good day. Jeep did okay for some obstacles, some others, not good. Overall I'm not happy. It was a combination of a bunch of bad spotters, no it alls, and people who didn't speak up. No real good pics at all. I have some of the other rigs but I'll leave those on the camera.

It was my first negative experience at the place since I started going. Get there right at nine and ready to wheel really at 930-45. Didn't get to start until 1045. Needless to say I will be wheeling with a different group next time. One guy thought if you stretched the front of a Jeep the front axle would get into the oil pan........ So I didn't even open my mouth. Get under my Jeep then look under an xj back at the house, and wtf was that guy talkin about. OIL pan? You mean radiator or fan shroud? *******.

Anyway I think I'll be just building from now on and wait to wheel with a good group that doesn't have a bunch of dumb comments. The guy I brought had his farmer share, but at least he knows what he is talking about and doesn't buy bolt on parts and sky lift Jeeps.

Colton I got some shots of your jeep I'll post them up. Sorry about all the jeep troubles, let me know if you need any help with stuff.

I wish I didn't get out of bed yesterday but oh well.

That was the wheeling I was talking about.

So I decided to work a little bit on the issues I had yesterday. The upper rear spring perches needed to be moved back and flat. Since the axle was so fat back, the where loud and annoying. Decided to cut the shock mounts off to put in my new ones I made. Then decided, **** it. Stretch the *****. Why waste more time on something I'm going to redo. So I'm now on CAD trying to determine a good back half. Want it to be DOM but since my rear xmember is not raised into the tub, I don't know how I'm going to connect the flat piece. I do not want to butt weld them together.

Rokman lowers are now for-sale

Other stuff will be listed when the time comes.
