Ok.. Started with 2 pairs of tiny driving lights I bought from Walmart and one pair of 1"x5" driving lights I bought from Autozone. Bolted the 1"x5" lights to the frame one on each side.

I bolted one pair of the tiny walmart lights up in the rear lower quarter panel behind the rear bumper and next to the rear leaf spring mount. For the front pair I could not get a drill where I wanted to put them so I used double side tape, so far they have held up but we will see..

I really wanted them to all be ran on one switch. So I looked around on JeepForum for a good bit and found a thread that said that you can run multiple lights on one relay and then multiple relays on one switch.. I went out and bought some relays from Autozone and wired them up 3 and 3, 3 of the lights on one relay and the other 3 on the another relay and then ran those 2 relays on one switch. After I melted a couple wires I figured out I needed a more powerful switch so I ended up using a KC switch which works great. The switch for the roof lights (which was done before I bought the Jeep) was powered by the ignition wire behind the dash.. I powered the new switch with the ignition wire as well so that the lights cannot be turned on unless the Jeep is on..

I will eventually clean this up with a relay box and an auxiliary fuse box..

Bumper came in yesterday!! Started installing it last night and finished this morning.. Turned out pretty good.. I am very satisfied.. two of the bolts would not align but it is still very solid so I am not worried.. I am amazed the stuff I find out when I'm working on my Jeep about the history of it. My conclusion is that who ever owned the Jeep before me had got it stuck and ripped the bumper off trying to pull it out, but you tell me what you think. I wanted to do a write up but didn't take too many pictures on the install cause I was too excited about getting it on..

I will tell you that I didn't quite understand their instructions on relocating the vacuum canister so this is what I did.. I will still take it to the shop I work at and have it done the way Or-Fab intended..

Tell me what you think happened.
