11/4/2010: Bought some of AJs Offroad Super Rockrails. Coated them with spray on bed liner for a non-slip finish. These things are very solid and tough, I highly recommend them.

11/9/2010: Front inner fender work. Did the cut-n-fold to the inner fender. I was reading a forum and saw that some one used a pool noodle to block off water and mud from getting to the door then into the cab. So I did it. Just used a normal pool noodle, cut it in half, shaved it down a little, stuffed in the fender then used Great Stuff insulation foam to fill in the gaps and hold it in. After that I undercoated them with Rust-Oleum Professional rubberized undercoating.

11/12/2010: Finished my homemade sway bar disconnects. I would have bought them and will most likely end up buying better ones, but i didn't not want to waste the money on sway bar links that stop at 3 inches of lift when I am planning to go bigger. Just bought some hitch pins from Lowes, had to use a pitman arm puller to get the studs out but after that it went pretty easy. On the top just drilled a hole through a stuck a hitch pin in and it worked fine.

11/20/2010: Made a Hi-Lift rack mount today. I think it was pretty innovative. I took the old U-bolts from when I added a the rear block. Bought a piece of 3/16"x2"x3' steel strip from Lowes, cut it down to the measured lengths, drilled a half inch holes. Started to paint them when I ran out of black paint (thats why two of the plates are white). Then put them on.

Nice write up but can I see what screws you used to mount the CB?

I used these ^^ from wal-mart. I had to open up the holes, cut the bolt down a little, take the visors off and shove my hand in between the head liner and the roof to open them up. after i tightened them, its fairly solid. It shakes a little on the trail, and moves with the headliner so as long as i don't pull on it, it isn't going anywhere
